This is a unique journey for every person and therefore your plan for change will be as individual as you are. There are no magic fixes, but there are strategies that can make a real difference in handling the challenges of life.
In ADHD coaching, we look at all areas of your life; where you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed or simply want something different.
ADHD can be complex and is often accompanied by a range of other mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, OCD and learning differences. With this in mind, you are supported to create a plan to enhance positive thinking, organize and prioritize your workload, find strategies to start and finish tasks, meet deadlines, manage time and improve interpersonal relationships. Meeting regularly for coaching can create accountability to help you achieve your goals and change behaviors and thinking that no longer work for you.
As you better understand yourself, your unique brain wiring, your strengths and challenges, you will make life choices with confidence.
